Privacy Policy

What we store

• the logo file you upload and the embroidery textures generated from it;
• where and how big the logo is on the jacket, the border you chose, and the optional website address;
• a payment reference from Dodo Payments so we can match your payment to your placement;
• server logs with IP addresses and request details, kept for a short time for security and debugging.

We never see or store your card details. Your name, email, billing address and payment method are collected and processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record under their own privacy policy.

What is public

Paid logos are public by design: they appear on the 3D tuxedo, in the gallery and the leaderboard together with the price paid, the spot and the size, and later in photos and videos of the wedding. The website address you add is published as a link. Unpaid reservations are shown faintly on the tuxedo for up to 15 minutes and then removed.

Analytics

Visits are measured with DataFast, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or track you across sites. The aggregated numbers are public at the live stats page.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The Dodo Payments checkout uses cookies needed to complete your payment and to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data linked to your placement or for its removal at [email protected]. Removing a logo that has already been embroidered is not possible, but it can be taken off the site.
