What you are buying

Million Dollar Tuxedo sells space for a logo embroidered on the jacket of the tuxedo the groom will wear at his wedding. You choose the spot and the size on the 3D model; the price depends on both. Once your payment is confirmed the spot is yours and the logo is stitched onto the real jacket before the wedding. The embroidery is done by hand and machine from your artwork; small differences in colour, thread density and edge sharpness compared to the on-screen preview are normal.

Your logo will be public

By uploading a logo you agree that it will be shown publicly: on the 3D tuxedo on this site, in the gallery and the “most valuable logos” list, in photos and videos of the wedding and of the jacket, and in social media posts and press about the project. If you add a website address, it is linked from the leaderboard. Do not upload anything you would not want the whole internet to see next to a wedding tuxedo.

Content rules

The following are not allowed and will be refused or removed without a refund of the embroidery work already done:

• illegal gambling, betting or lottery promotions, and anything else that is illegal where the wedding takes place or where you are;
• pornographic, sexually explicit or otherwise obscene content;
• hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks people for who they are;
• logos, trademarks or artwork you do not own or are not allowed to use;
• malware, scams, deceptive claims or content aimed at children.

The groom decides what fits on the jacket. A placement can be declined for any reason before the embroidery is made; in that case the payment is refunded in full.

Reservations and payment

Choosing a spot holds it for 15 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed in time the spot is released. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for this site; their terms apply to the transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the embroidery; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

Refunds

Because every logo is stitched by hand, refunds are only possible if a placement is declined, if a payment arrives after the spot was taken by someone else, or if the wedding does not take place. In those cases the full amount is returned to the original payment method.

No guarantees

This is a personal project, not an advertising network. There is no promise of audience, clicks, sales or media coverage, and no liability for indirect damages. The site may be changed or taken offline after the wedding; photos of the jacket will remain.
